Context

Create a PRD for a retail analytics application. The app will manage product collections, analyze sales (quantity, revenue, margin) from a PostgreSQL database for 2 stores, and classify products into ranges (Gamme A, B, C) to determine profitability and retention.

Current Focus

Follow the /create-prd workflow to generate the PRD.

• Analyze the user's request for the retail application
• Locate and load the /create-prd workflow instructions
• Draft the initial PRD based on the workflow and user input
• Review and refine the PRD with the user
