Improve calendar item display and interaction for orders and deliveries

Refactors the `CalendarGrid` component to enhance the display of orders and deliveries within the calendar. This includes fixing modal positioning issues, improving the visual representation of items within modals with custom styling and status indicators, and enabling direct interaction with individual items to trigger relevant actions and close modals.
