Subject: [PATCH] Update statistics panel to show data for the current month
 only

Fix StatsPanel component to use a passed-in currentDate prop, defaulting to new Date(), and update Calendar page to pass currentDate to StatsPanel. Refactor useQuery to include fetch logic.
