Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Fix supplier display on manual reconciliation tab

Adjust the logic in BLReconciliation.tsx to correctly display suppliers in the manual reconciliation tab, resolving an issue where auto-reconciliation suppliers were incorrectly grouped.
