Subject: [PATCH] Update phone icon styling for customer order notifications

Adjusted button styling for customer order notification phone icons in `CustomerOrders.tsx` to conditionally apply `bg-green-100` class when `customerNotified` is true, and changed the PhoneCall icon className to inherit default color.
