Subject: [PATCH 1/2] Improve visual feedback when marking customers as called

Update the UI for the "mark as called" button to include better styling and a tooltip for the customer order page, along with corresponding Tailwind CSS configurations.

Subject: [PATCH 2/2] Update phone icon styling for customer order
 notifications

Adjusted button styling for customer order notification phone icons in `CustomerOrders.tsx` to conditionally apply `bg-green-100` class when `customerNotified` is true, and changed the PhoneCall icon className to inherit default color.
