Improve invoice verification saving and update user permission handling

Add `saveInvoiceVerificationCache` to storage interfaces, implement it in `DatabaseStorage` and `MemStorage`, adjust user type in `AuthRequest` to `any`, and initialize group/supplier counters in `MemStorage`.
