Subject: [PATCH] Update calendar to use a more pleasant green for pending
 items

Refactor the `CalendarGrid.tsx` component to replace all instances of `bg-teal-*` and `border-teal-*` with `bg-green-*` and `border-green-*` respectively, aligning with user feedback on color preference.
