Restore and fix NocoDB invoice verification system functionality

Reinstated the NocoDB invoice verification service, reconnecting it to PostgreSQL and resolving 163 compilation errors in storage.ts. Updated user group retrieval to exclude non-existent Nocodb columns, ensuring compatibility between development and production environments.
