michaelschal d0cecf90f3 Refactor store context and improve responsiveness across the application 
Refactored the `useStore` hook to be imported from a dedicated `StoreContext` to improve code organization and maintainability. Also, enhanced responsive design for better usability on various screen sizes, including tablet-specific adjustments for the sidebar and header.

michaelschal e5963d960b Update dashboard to display yearly delivery times and monthly stats 
Modify the StatsPanel component to fetch and display monthly statistics instead of yearly. Adjust the Dashboard component to fetch and display yearly average delivery times in the 'Average Delivery Time' card.

michaelschal 6ba8919487 Update dashboard to display yearly delivery statistics 
Introduce a new API endpoint '/api/stats/yearly' for fetching annual statistics and update the StatsPanel component to use this endpoint, changing the card title to "Statistiques de l'année" and the average delivery time label to "Délai commande → livraison".

michaelschal 25af55c840 Update statistics panel to show data for the current month only 
Fix StatsPanel component to use a passed-in currentDate prop, defaulting to new Date(), and update Calendar page to pass currentDate to StatsPanel. Refactor useQuery to include fetch logic.
