michaelschal 37494e6570 Remove role management and update user role assignment functionality 
The RoleManagement page and related routes have been removed. The Users page has been updated to remove role fetching and modify the user role update mutation to directly use the role name instead of a role ID. Type definitions for user roles have also been updated to reflect the change from role IDs to role names.
