Add email column to suppliers for order and delivery operations
Fixes a production issue where the missing 'email' column in the 'suppliers' table caused 500 errors in the /api/orders and /api/deliveries endpoints, by adding the column and updating related frontend components and backend scripts.

Enhance supplier management and reconciliation functionalities
Adds new fields to the supplier schema (email, address, automatic reconciliation) and updates the UI to display these. Refactors the BL reconciliation page to use tabs for manual and potentially future automatic reconciliation, and updates data fetching logic.

Enable all users to view supplier information across modules
Update query logic in delivery and order creation/editing modals, and the suppliers page, to allow all users to access supplier data, removing role-based restrictions.
