michaelschal 896dc6cca0 Improve the system setup and database management for the application 
Removes the explicit declaration of `regisflow-network` in `docker-compose.yml`, updates `drizzle-kit push:pg` to `drizzle-kit push` in `docker-entrypoint.sh`, and adds attached assets.
