michaelschal 9997fa38f5 Simplify setup using a single Docker Compose file for all environments 
Consolidates Docker Compose configurations into a single docker-compose.yml file, removing docker-compose.simple.yml and docker-compose.prod.yml.

michaelschal b2acb20aa6 Simplify installation by removing network configuration and IP presets 
Refactors Docker Compose files and installation scripts to use default Docker network and remove IP pre-configurations for easier setup.
