Improve image capture to prevent zooming and ensure accurate file sizes

Refactor image editor to use `html-to-image` with a pixel ratio of 1, capturing the preview exactly as displayed. Adjust compression logic to ensure output blobs remain under the Cloudinary size limit, re-encoding with a quality of 0.8 when necessary.
