feat: clean up desktop remotion page — remove preview player and unused code

Remove Player, ImageComposition, useMemo imports, estimateWordTimings,
stripForTTS, cloudinaryConfig query, and all preview-related computed values
from the desktop page. Same cleanup already applied to mobile page.
