Adds a camera icon button to the media upload component, enabling users to capture photos/videos directly using their device's camera. This involves integrating an input element for camera capture and a handler function to process the captured media, triggering the upload mutation. The existing "Browse" button is now complemented by this new camera functionality, enhancing the media uploading experience.
