MichaelandClaude Haiku 4.5 2d25cff43c fix: restore RecordingsTab to working version without tab complexity 
- Removed TabBar/TabBarView complexity
- Keep only recordings list display
- Simplified to show only recordings without guide TV and season passes tabs
