v1.1.10: Fix keyboard opening on navigation in Android TV

- Added ExcludeFocus and readOnly: !_isEditing to _TVTextField
- Prevents keyboard from opening during D-pad navigation
- Ensures keyboard only opens when strictly intended by _activateInput
