- Select dropdown peuplé via enumerateDevices() au chargement - Mise à jour automatique quand un périphérique est branché/débranché (devicechange) - Le deviceId sélectionné est passé à getUserMedia() via exact constraint - Option 'Micro par défaut' pour le comportement d'origine
