Update reconciliation status display to grey out and dim reconciled deliveries

Modify the BLReconciliation component to visually indicate reconciled deliveries with a greyed-out and dimmed appearance, using conditional styling based on the `reconciled` status in client/src/pages/BLReconciliation.tsx.
