michaelschal a5864cc64b Fix sidebar display and scrolling issues on smaller screens ...

Address several UI glitches including unreadable sidebar icons when collapsed, incorrect scrollbar placement, and a visual gap at the bottom of the sidebar by adjusting layout and container properties across multiple pages and components.
