michaelschal cddfee5d09 Require complete identity information and EAN13 code for each sale 
Makes identity document information and EAN13 code mandatory in the `NewSaleForm.tsx`, updates validation in `validation.ts`, and adds `numeroIdentite` to `Sale` and `FormData` types.
