## ✨ WHAT WAS ACCOMPLISHED

### 3.1: Folder Consolidation ✅

**Moved from `lib/mobile/features/iptv/` to `lib/features/iptv/`:**
- `screens/` - 6 screen files (native_player, lite_player, dashboard, playlist, series)
- `widgets/` - 4 widget files (live_tv_tab, movies_tab, series_tab, settings_tab)
- `models/` - 1 model file (xtream_models)
- `services/` - 1 service file (xtream_service_mobile)

**Updated Imports:**
- `lib/main.dart` - Updated 2 import paths
- 5+ internal files - Updated cross-feature imports

**Result:**
- ✅ Single source of truth for IPTV features
- ✅ Removed `/lib/mobile/features/` directory (now empty)
- ✅ Clear separation: `lib/features/` = feature implementations

### 3.2: Router Simplification ✅

**Status:** Already simplified (Phase 1 cleanup)
- No `kIsWeb` checks found
- No `GoRouter` - using simple `MaterialApp` routing
- Pure Android-only navigation

**Current Architecture:**

### 3.3: Pattern Extraction ✅

**Created `/lib/core/patterns/` with 3 reusable patterns:**

#### 1. **HiveServiceBase** (`hive_service_pattern.dart`)

- Unused import patterns identified
- 232 total imports analyzed
